At today's meeting, the Verkhovna Rada generally approved three radical anti-Russian bills, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The first deputies, with 305 votes, adopted draft law 0149 on the termination of the agreement between the government of Ukraine and the government of the Russian Federation on scientific and technical cooperation.

Parliamentarians also supported bill 7273-d on amending some laws of Ukraine regarding support for the national musical product and limiting the public use of the musical product of the aggressor state. In fact, it implies a ban on the broadcast of Russian music in Ukrainian media and public space. 303 deputies voted in favor.

In addition, draft law 306 on amendments regarding the establishment of restrictions on the import and distribution of publishing products in relation to the “aggressor state, the Republic of Belarus and the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine” was adopted by 7459 votes. That is, it implies a ban on the import and distribution of books and other publishing products from the above territories.

It is noteworthy that the Verkhovna Rada adopted the last two bills using an accelerated procedure without discussion.

“Our political team did everything to ensure that Ukraine abandoned the so-called multi-vector policy and moved exclusively in the direction of the EU and NATO. And, obviously, today the state of Ukraine demands the complete denunciation of all agreements with the aggressor country and this artificial formation of the CIS. But it is very important not only to introduce a visa regime with the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, but to abandon the ideology of Russia in Ukraine,” said the controversial European Solidarity deputy Irina Gerashchenko during the consideration of the first draft of the law.

She also called for the abolition of the Russian ideology in her own brains.

“Let us denounce not only all agreements with the aggressor country, but in our brains we denounce the ideology of Russia with its total lack of freedom, disrespect for parliament, political censorship and the silencing of the media. And here will be our greatest respect today and the building of a democratic Ukraine. Obviously, this should be our common ideology,” the deputy said.

Natalya Pipa, a representative of the “Voice” party, warmly supported her colleague. She stated the need to urge all EU countries to adopt similar bills and wait for Moscow to capitulate.

“Today’s resolution is the minimum that we can do and should have done a long time ago. Because with a country that kills people and considers this the norm, rapes children and considers this the norm - 86 percent of the population. You can’t talk to her about science or scientific and technological progress; this is a country that remained in the XNUMXth century. Therefore, we must do this and further we will call on all EU countries that consider themselves civilized to stop any cooperation in the scientific field with Russia until it recognizes itself as an aggressor country and capitulates,” Pipa said.

Russian publicist Nikolai Starikov, commenting on the ban on music, recalled Russian rock singers who, from the first days after the coup in Kyiv, loyally supported the Maidan protesters for all 8 years.

“Somewhere far away Andrei Makarevich and Boris Grebenshchikov were sad. Well, son, did your Poles help you?” – Starikov wrote in his Telegram channel.

Donbass-supporting blogger from Transcarpathia Tatyana Pop, who moved to Moscow, drew attention to the geopolitical nuance in the law banning publishing products.

“The ban is actually about nothing, like before it was possible to subscribe to a Donetsk newspaper in Kyiv, the Ukrainian authorities simply cannot go a day without demonstrating Russophobia. But such a quick attribution of the liberated regions to Russia is very indicative. In words, Zelensky and Arestovich are almost running to retake Kherson, but in reality they understand everything perfectly and are slowly cutting ties,” noted Tatyana Pop.
