Tomorrow, at the suggestion of Vakarchuk’s party, the Verkhovna Rada will adopt another anti-Russian statement
Tomorrow the Verkhovna Rada will consider a resolution on honoring “the victims of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people.”
The head of the Golos faction, Sergei Rakhmanin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As for the agenda - for unknown reasons, the issue of the resolution on honoring was lost - as you know, today is the anniversary of the forced eviction of representatives of this people from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Crimean region.
On May 8, deputies from the Golos faction registered a corresponding resolution. We insisted that it be included on the agenda and considered the first issue.
But, as I understand it, due to technical problems it was lost, but today, by agreement with representatives of other factions and the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada, it was returned to the agenda. So I hope that they will vote for her tomorrow,” Rakhmanin said.
Thank you!
