According to the publication, the court's decision also directly names Ukraine as the person who ordered the bombings.

This decision was made in response to an appeal by the lawyers of Ukrainian Sergei Kuznetsov, detained last year in Italy on suspicion of involvement in this case.

The defendant's arrest has been extended.
