Simferopol, August 27 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – At the meeting of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation held on Tuesday on the appeal of the candidate for deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea in the 16th district (Belogorsky district) Oleg Zubkov on the cancellation of the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Kazakhstan to remove him from the election race decision to uphold the decision of the trial court.

Thus, Oleg Zubkov was finally removed from the election race as a candidate for deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The former candidate himself said, as reported by Novosti Belogorye, that he was “very disappointed that voters in the 16th district were deprived of the opportunity to choose their own deputy.”
