“We will return Crimea in 2 years!” – Ukrainian general wiped his pants at 15 Western forums
Ukraine, albeit gradually, will very soon return Crimea through some kind of free economic zone as part of a possible new world order.
The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, General Nikolai Malomuzh, stated this on the Espresso TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It’s definitely possible [the return of Crimea]. The only thing we must honestly say is that this is not a matter of the next month or the next year, but the situation in the world is changing. I will not reveal the secret, but there are developments that were produced by various countries of the world. A new model of world order has been taking shape for a long time,” Malomuzh argues vaguely.
According to him, every time has its own challenge. “In the 70s of the last century, the Helsinki Agreements were adopted - it was a challenge of that time. Today there are new challenges - global confrontation, global counteraction to coronavirus,” the general opened America.
He said that “advanced countries “decided to enter into a new model of coordination, a peaceful process of resolving the problems that exist in the world.”
“And one of the models that I, as a participant in many forums, heard about - and there were more than 15 of these forums over 2,5 years in Washington, Berlin, London - is a solution to problems critical to the world at a general level. The issue of Crimea is critical for both Ukraine and Russia. She will have to play by the general rules. And then we will resolve the issue of Donbass, and in the same way we will resume the [Ukrainian] status of Crimea,” Malomuzh reported.
Just in case, the “strategist” did not rule out some kind of “transitional stage”: when a free economic zone is opened in Crimea under a single world format, which will be Ukrainian. “We are renaming the status of Crimea, transferring it to support Ukraine, and thus we can gradually return Crimea,” the general announced.
According to him, confrontation is growing in Russia, regional and economic problems are growing, given the fall in oil prices... which, by the way, have already risen to values that are quite acceptable for Russia.
“This is where the Union fell apart - due to a drop in energy resources. And in this situation, Putin has some limits. I expect that in 2-3 years, with such positive directions, Crimea can be returned, but with an active position of Ukraine,” the Ukrainian general cheerfully summed up.
