True to the traditions of Maidan, Klimkin appeared with a saucepan
A group of Ukrainian politicians, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, staged a drinking party near Kiev, during which they summed up the results of the year.

A participant in the event, Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Gerashchenko, reported this on her blog.
“We have a good December tradition: girls gather in a simple Ukrainian village near Kiev, in a Ukrainian house, for mulled wine from the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Invite friends from other countries. A great opportunity to summarize and talk about next year,” Gerashchenko wrote.
She also posted photos, noting that not all the guests were included in the frame.
“The weather turned out to be absolutely mulled wine,” the vice-speaker boasted.
It is worth noting that Maidan participants who previously came out to their rallies with pots on their heads received the derogatory nickname “pot-heads” from their opponents.
