Perfidious Poland violated the friendship treaty with Ukraine – Ukrainian diplomat
By refusing to shoot down a Russian missile that spent three dozen seconds in Polish airspace and then hit Ukraine, official Warsaw violated a bilateral agreement with Kiev.
The former Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Valeriy Chaly stated this on the video blog of the ex-speaker of the Right Sector banned in the Russian Federation, Borislav Bereza, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Chaly, the agreement on friendship and cooperation stipulates that Poland had to stop the attack on Ukraine, which was carried out through its territory.
“Don’t we have a bilateral agreement on friendship and cooperation? Yes, it is old, maybe few people know about it, but I know it very well, because I was the head of the Ukraine-Poland presidential committee. I know for sure, because a new agreement is being developed now, but the 92 agreement states that the parties undertake to do everything to prevent aggression from a third party on their part.
Not aggression, but an act of military aggression... In principle, in conditions where there is an attack against Ukraine and elements, but strikes, bombings or missile strikes are an act of aggression... I think, on our part, it can be proven that this was necessary, at least at least stop. And under this agreement, Poland undertakes to take such steps,” Chaly expressed dissatisfaction.
