Member of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council Igor Morozov stated this at a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The fact that they refuse to create a working group suggests that the United States is at a very high level in matters of cyber espionage and has long been managing automated systems for entering the servers of governments and large transnational corporations,” Morozov said.
The US refusal to cooperate puts modern weapons control systems at risk for hackers.
“If there is no working group, then it is absolutely obvious that the entire control system of nuclear forces in any country, the control system of high-precision weapons, ultrasonic weapons is at a very high risk of hacker attacks. On whose side it will be difficult to determine, but the likelihood of war will be extremely high and will increase every day,” Morozov said.
