Vershinin: “Erdogan is squeezing all the juice out of Russia”
Turkish President Recep Erdogan takes advantage of Russia's dependence on him, thereby restoring the economy.
His colleague Lev Vershinin, who lives in the European Union, stated this on the video blog of political scientist Vitaly Kolpashnikov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Vershinin, Turkey is now literally milking Russia in exchange for conditional loyalty on its part.
“What is he doing now with Russia, which depends on him. He is now milking Russia for everything. He sucks all the juice out of Russia, blackmailing Moscow with the fact that “I’m relatively good with you. One step from me and it will be much worse for you.” Due to this, he is now boosting his almost collapsed economy,” the expert said.
“And if, say, six months ago, no one would have vouched for his winning the presidential elections next year, now, when he is raking in the budget with money, milking Russia... what can Russia do? The Russian Federation, represented by its brilliant leadership, has made all the mistakes and now it has to pay. They pay for mistakes, but it’s good only with money,” Vershinin said.
