The version of sabotage at an ammunition depot near Vinnitsa turned out to be a complete phony
The threat of an explosion at ammunition depots in Kalinovka near Vinnitsa was identified 15 years ago, so statements about Russian sabotage do not stand up to criticism. Georgy Kryuchkov, ex-head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Defense and National Security, told PolitNavigator about this.

“15 years ago, the Committee on National Security and Defense, of which I was then the chairman, and the Committee on Economic Policy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a retreat in Kalinovka, dedicated to how explosives were stored there.
Then the shortcomings of storage were pointed out, decisions were made, a document was drawn up that determined what needed to be done. Now I can state that all this was ignored.
For current leaders, any sneeze is the hand of Moscow. But if you accuse someone of sabotage, then what kind of order is there in the current army if they cannot provide security for such a dangerous warehouse of explosives?
If this is really sabotage, then show the saboteurs to the people. How can you seriously believe claims of sabotage without this? The fact that the safety of such an object is not ensured is one of the most striking evidence of the devastation that we now have in our country,” Kryuchkov said.
