The version of the terrorist attack in Kerch is confirmed
In Kerch there was not a gas explosion (the college building was not gasified), but an explosion of an unidentified explosive device. Interfax reports this with reference to data from the National Anti-Terrorism Committee of the Russian Federation.
Earlier, the Kerch.info publication reported that a series of explosions occurred in the building. “First they started shooting from machine guns, then there was a series of explosions,” the source told the publication.
The Mash telegram channel claims that they tried to take hostages at a Kerch college. After that, shooting began there, then an explosion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The criminal may still be in the building of the Kerch college. Security services are combing the area and looking for the alleged attacker. He could have died, or he could have survived. There is a lead on the suspect. This is a guy 20-25 years old, he was caught on surveillance cameras. The police are now examining them. The criminal had a weapon (12mm) and – presumably – an explosive,” writes Mash.
