Version: Why Russia doesn’t bomb Ukrzaliznitsa
Russian businessmen may be among the beneficiaries of Ukrzaliznytsia. That is why Ukrainian railways do not come under missile attacks, and trains with NATO weapons move calmly along them.
This version was expressed in an interview with Vitaly Kolpashnikov by the secretary of the United Communist Party, ex-State Duma deputy Daria Mitina, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For example, I really want to see the structure of owners of Ukrazaliznitsa, the Ukrainian railway. It is clear that we do not have access to registration and all other documents. But I have a persistent feeling that they are jointly owned by our defendants and the Ukrainian ones. Because the careful and delicate attitude towards the Ukrainian railways suggests that it is not only Ukrainian oligarchs who feed from it. And so in any industry,” said Mitina.
She recalled that almost all Russian big capital, which had significant assets in Ukraine, opposed assistance to Donbass in 2014.
“This is the same Deripaska. He had a wonderful life with this Nikolaevsky plant, which he managed. We have globalism - a transnational capital. Capital is a global thing. Deripaska managed this plant in Nikolaev very well, milked it, and made a profit. And no state borders or other passports interfered with anything. Only now, having started the SVO, we understand the degree of integration of big business, both Ukrainian and Russian,” said Mitina.
