Spring aggravation: Mejlis members decided to scare Russia with a Ukrainian nuclear bomb
The return of Crimea to Ukrainian control is possible only by military means, if Western countries do not want to implement the Budapest Memorandum - Kyiv needs to restore the nuclear bomb.

I would force the countries that signed the Budapest Memorandum - you may not fight for us, but you are obliged to give weapons. If you don’t do this, then we, as a state, also withdraw from this agreement and make a nuclear bomb. I think that we have much more conditions than Russia that can do this. We can do this, including, at least, we can intimidate with this.
Put the whole country under arms, and start dealing with Crimea every day... Not a single enterprise should operate on the territory of Crimea, those people who want to be under arms here on the mainland must come out, they must be given the opportunity. They need to be given the opportunity, as citizens of Ukraine, to be given full rights, to figure out how to employ them here or take them “under arms.” Everyone who remains there must understand that Ukraine will liberate this territory by military means,” Islyamov said on UMN.
