In the spring, the roads and hopes for salvation from Covid will disappear with snow - Ukrainian expert
Russia is preparing the main information attack on Ukraine by demonstrating the success of the Sputnik V vaccine just at the moment when Kiev’s failure will be exposed to the maximum - both in the fight against coronavirus and in the construction of roads on which the Covid fund was spent.
Ukrainian political scientist Nikolai Davidyuk stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yesterday we received news from Bloomberg that Ukraine purchased 2 million tests directly under contracts. This is despite the fact that a large number of countries are either covered completely or only half of them are covered. We are not talking about Canada now, which is truly a “paradise” for us, which bought 4 times more vaccines.
Ukraine today, let’s say, is putting itself under the attack of Russian propaganda by Sputnik, because, having purchased 2 million, we leave tens of millions of people who will not even potentially be able to get the vaccine, so for them this Russian “nonsense” that is coming from their channels, will be quite sweet and will look quite realistic.
It should be said now that the failure of management in managing this issue will lead to the fact that in the spring we will receive very serious information attacks from Russia. And you don’t have to be a great forecaster or expert to understand this,” the expert noted.
“For some reason, the ministry today is dealing with contracts and offshores, instead of dealing with people’s health, the vaccine contract and, indeed, the fight against Covid. Today we rank last in wrestling in Europe, first in mortality. Moreover, the coronavirus has also become a propaganda tool; this must also be taken into account. Moreover, this is also an economic race, so these are the things you need to pay attention to in 2021.
And the second challenge for 2021, which is also being laid today, is roads. Will roads become for Zelensky like Sasha Yanukovych for his father, or like war for Poroshenko? That is, whether it will be an economic trigger for the rest of the country.
Because the part of the money that was spent on building roads does not give reason to believe that the roads were built honestly and thoroughly. And if in the spring the roads go down with the first snow, then this will be a very strong wake-up call, not for the management who built these roads, but for the president himself,” explained Davidyuk.
