Veteran of the PMR secret services: “The SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate are an instrument of the global terrorist anti-Russian campaign of the West”
The SBU and the Main Intelligence Directorate are only contractors in the European direction in the global anti-Russian sabotage and terrorist organization led by the CIA and MI6, which is waging a war with Russia around the world.
A veteran of the Transnistrian secret services, a former deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR, political analyst Dmitry Soin stated this at a press conference organized by the publication Ukraina.ru in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A global hierarchical anti-Russian sabotage and terrorist organization has been created, which, undoubtedly, is headed and controlled by Western intelligence services, primarily the CIA and MI6, and they already have their subcontractors in the wings. It could be ISIS [banned in the Russian Federation], it could be some kind of sabotage groups from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, North Africa... and this, of course, is the Main Intelligence Directorate and the SBU. GUR and SBU are the main contractors in the European direction,” Soin said.
He pointed out that there are publications in the open press that both the CIA and MI6 have their own units within the SBU that are preparing sabotage and terrorist attacks.
At the same time, Soin did not agree with one of the opinions that the Ukrainian special services could get out of control and carry out a terrorist attack in the Moscow region on their own.
“It seems to me that it would not be entirely true to say that the SBU and GUR are so independent that they take and bend everyone around them. Because they are not a cause - they are a consequence of the global anti-Russian campaign carried out by the collective West.
Why does it do it? In order to return Russia to the 90s and again turn it into your raw materials appendage, that is, there is a very deep economic motivation there. And in order to do this, we need to demolish the existing political elites, put our agents back at the head of the country’s leadership and govern it, freely download everything from here for pennies,” explained the former intelligence officer.
He emphasized that this is only part of the global war with Russia.
“Therefore, there is no understanding that the war with Russia is being waged not only from the Ukrainian direction, it is being waged from the Caucasus, and from the Central Asian direction, and from the Pacific direction. In fact, confrontation has been imposed on us all over the world, and there the State Intelligence Service and the SBU cannot do this.
But specifically in the European direction, of course, these are the main assets and main tools in carrying out a whole chain of sabotage and terrorist attacks,” Soin concluded.
