ATO veterans took part in the US Marine Corps Marathon
As part of the NATO Trust Fund project for medical rehabilitation, a congratulation ceremony for veterans of the so-called “ATO”, who took part in the 41st US Marine Corps Marathon.

The head of the alliance's representative office in Ukraine, Alexander Vinnikov, presented symbolic souvenirs to four Ukrainian soldiers who, after long rehabilitation and training, represented Ukraine at the marathon.
“I am sure that your example inspires thousands of your colleagues in Ukraine,” noted Alexander Vinnikov.
During the event, a NATO representative spoke about the areas of work of the trust fund project, including assistance to patients and the medical rehabilitation system in Ukraine. According to him, thanks to the project, hundreds of Ukrainian military personnel were able to undergo treatment or rehabilitation in various NATO countries on a bilateral basis, thousands of specialists in the medical rehabilitation industry took part in lectures, courses and other training events. Six medical institutions will be provided with rehabilitation equipment.
