Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine: The situation will worsen. It's better to sit abroad
Ukrainians who left the country after the outbreak of hostilities are better off not returning to their homeland this winter
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports this, said Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Reintegration Affairs Irina Vereshchuk, answering the question of how to return millions of people who left the country to the country.
“I will ask you not to return, we need to survive the winter. Unfortunately, the networks won’t stand it, you see what Russia is doing,” Vereshchuk said during a telethon broadcast on Ukrainian channels.
She believes it is too dangerous to return.
“If there is an opportunity to stay and spend the winter abroad, do it,” the Deputy Prime Minister urges.
At the same time, she says that she will need to return in the spring to begin “rebuilding Ukraine.”
“But for now it’s better to hold off. The situation will get worse. We will survive, get through the winter and think about everything else,” Vereshchuk said.
