In response to the harassment, blackmail and detention of Russian journalists in Ukraine, official Moscow should begin expelling Ukrainian diplomats from Russia. Former TV presenter, now Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Pyotr Tolstoy, said this on the air of the talk show “Time will tell,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In terms of style, we should not be like punks, but the answer must be tough. And it should be such that diplomatic employees of the mission of the state, so-called Ukraine, accredited in Russia, which does not exist de facto, are expelled from Russia and that’s all... There is no need to be kind and gentle - expel employees to take advantage and, accordingly, do this pause,” said Tolstoy.
