The video was filmed in Sumy. It shows that the driver is repairing his watch at speed and with fairly heavy traffic on the roads. He also manages to crack sunflower seeds and receive money for travel.
Considering that the person filming was standing next to the driver, we can assume that there were quite a lot of people in the cabin.
