A video of Zelensky’s strange behavior appeared on the Internet

A clip of footage from a recent meeting at the customs service of Ukraine appeared on the Internet, where President Vladimir Zelensky behaved quite strangely - he often drank water, rubbed his nose and other parts of his face, and swayed while sitting on a chair.
The authors called the video “Zelensky played Dobkin Jr.,” hinting at the scandalous recording from the Verkhovna Rada, which captured the strange behavior of deputy Dmitry Dobkin, whom opponents accused of being addicted to cocaine.
Similar accusations were voiced by Petro Poroshenko’s headquarters against Zelensky during the presidential elections.
