A prominent ATO militant died after choking in the sea in front of his 7-year-old son
A prominent Ukrainian nationalist, the head of the far-right Svoboda party in Ternopil, Vladimir Stayura, died after choking in the Red Sea in front of his 7-year-old son Jaromir. This was reported by the head of the press service of the local party organization, Andrei Ternopolsky.
According to him, Stayura was vacationing with his family in Egypt. On Saturday morning he felt ill. Having taken the pills, the deputy went for a walk to the sea.
“Suddenly my heart stopped. The man fell into the water. Water got into my lungs. What caused sudden death. “This all happened in front of my 7-year-old son,” the press secretary said.

Stayura is known for being the first to raise the yellow-blue flag over the Ternopil Regional Council at the time of the collapse of the USSR. In 2014, he was an active participant in the coup d'etat, then joined the Carpathian Sich battalion, involved in the punitive operation in the Donbass.
“A good, bright person, a man with a capital M,” the press secretary praises the former boss.
