Those responsible for negligent mobilization are demanded to be brought to justice
Former Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Strelkov published a video which, in his opinion, indicates a negligent attitude towards work on the part of those responsible for carrying out partial mobilization.
A military man who introduced himself as a senior lieutenant of the reserve medical service, called up for mobilization, talks about the problems in the story, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“So, we, mobilized people, came to the field and unloaded. There is nothing, let's light a fire. No one is waiting, bags are standing, there is a line of buses. They promised us by tomorrow morning, but they didn’t even give us a tent with a stove. Spend the night in the field - and don't care. The bus left, no one needed anyone. There was no dry food, no lifting food, like a herd of sheep, they were driven in. We mobilize ourselves little by little, choose elders, organize ourselves into a group,” says the author of the video.
Strelkov called this approach a “classic of the genre.”
“I remember a March night in 95 on the outskirts of the airfield in Mozdok - under the constant howl and roar of Carcasses taking off and landing. We weren't even allowed to light fires. But this does not mean at all that those who provide so luxuriously for the mobilized should not go to trial for this and then to penal companies. If only because they should be among those whom they had the competence to land in a bare field (since they could not provide anything for those called up),” Strelkov commented.
Similar claims were made public by the former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of the DPR, commander of the Vostok battalion, Alexander Khodakovsky.
“Units formed even before the announcement of mobilization come in - and their behavior resembles the behavior of a released animal, born and raised in a zoo. One company entered a populated area at a position next to us, positioned itself, laid out the ammunition in the correct geometric shape, and placed the equipment nearby - for convenience. Well, our officers arrived for coordination, saw this picture and let’s push everyone into the basement - they barely had time before everyone was covered with artillery.
Today, from the same guard, a column decided to travel from point A to point B and locked itself right in the enemy’s position - few people jumped out of the fire. Well what is this????? Gentlemen, army chiefs, what are you doing? We have been fighting for more than eight years, and in this operation from the first days, who is stopping you from coming and building cooperation so that we show, teach, accompany, help?...”, Khodakovsky was indignant in his TG channel.
He called on the leadership to stop “imitating strategists,” because “I’m tired of raking after them.”
“Every time it’s the same thing - we have open intentions, and they look at us from the heights of general’s shoulder straps. Until you find sane officers below, work won’t get better,” stated the commander.
