Russian political scientist Alexey Mukhin wrote about this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This situation is quite understandable and pleasing to the authorities: commies have voluntarily taken on the function of “forest orderlies” and are now collecting all the political garbage that is lying around just like that.
