Vitrenko announced the arrest of 100% of the shares of South Stream
On Wednesday, October 23, the District Court of Amsterdam arrested 100% of the shares of South Stream - the company South Stream Transport BV, which is responsible for the construction and management of the Turkish Stream, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Wrote about it on your facebook page Executive Director of the executive group of NJSC Naftogaz Yuriy Vitrenko.
“For some reason, no one writes that on October 23, 2019, the Amsterdam District Court arrested 100% of the shares of South Stream Transport BV, which, by the way, is responsible for the construction and management of the Turkish Stream. This was done in connection with the consideration of the case of Gazprom’s fraudulent actions during the transfer of these shares to Transgaz Krasnodar LLC one day before bailiffs began freezing Gazprom’s assets in the Netherlands at Naftogaz’s claim,” Vitrenko wrote.
According to him, even then the bailiffs managed to seize many other assets of Gazprom.
NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine is going to send claims for more than $1 billion to the Russian OJSC Gazprom on November 11 against the backdrop of a new arbitration initiated by Gazprom in Stockholm against Naftogaz.
