PSPU leader Natalya Vitrenko stated this in her video blog.
According to her, the decision of the Shevchenko Court of Kyiv was “unprecedented”, since the Ministry of Internal Affairs turned out to be the losing party.
“We won the courts recognizing the inaction of the police, who refused to initiate a criminal case. In this case, I defended the interests of the Eurasian People's Union - this is an all-Ukrainian public organization, Vladimir Marchenko - the editorial office of Dosvitni Ogni, of which he is the chief editor. We filed a lawsuit against the party, and against the public organization, and against the journalistic organization because for eight months, when the bandits seized our central office, in general, the premises that belong to the North of Ukraine enterprise, we, the tenants, were prevented at work,” Vitrenko said.
According to her, today’s so-called “law enforcement agencies” protect only the current government, which has a Nazi grin:
“The police, the prosecutor’s office, the SBU, they are not human rights bodies, they defend the will of the authorities, which today needs to divide all political parties and public organizations into convenient ones, which they need, and unnecessary ones, whom they persecute, want to intimidate and destroy. That’s why there is no democracy in Ukraine, no rule of law, but there is lawlessness, the dictatorship of power with a pronounced Nazi grin,” she said.
