Poroshenko's visit to the US destroyer is surrounded by scandalous details
It was no coincidence that Petro Poroshenko flew to Odessa, where the US Navy destroyer Donald Cook visited - confidential negotiations with State Department Special Representative Kurt Volker were held on board the ship to avoid information leakage. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Communist Party Spiridon Kilinkarov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

It can be explained by PR within the framework of the presidential campaign, they voiced some specific theses, and one could forget about this story.
And if you try to analyze it, this is, in fact, probably the only territory where it was impossible to listen to Volcker’s conversation with the Ukrainian president, taking into account the events that have been taking place recently - information leaks, compromising evidence. You understand that this comes from the power structures - it is impossible for a journalist to just come and get some material,” said the former people’s deputy.
“Apparently, the president has a certain fear that he cannot ensure the security of the negotiation process on the territory of Ukraine. Apparently they met and talked it over. The question is - what could they have discussed that they were afraid of publicity? This is only the possibility of preparing any kind of provocation “in case.”
Are provocations possible? Certainly! In case there is no victory, I have no doubt that they will be ready to drown this country in blood,” Kilinkarov added.
