Over the long years of his reign, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has experienced a personal transformation, turning into a real usurper, shaking to maintain power.
The founder of the Union of Left Forces of Ukraine, Vasily Volga, stated this on the YouTube channel “Voice of Pravda,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The greed of the individual has led to the fact that he does not see anyone, as he himself admits, as president except himself or his Kolya. He, of course, does not answer this question so directly, but when Gordon asked him the question that Kolya could be the next president, how did Lukashenko answer? Look, this is unique: “I don’t think he’ll want to.” This means that Lukashenko sees no one but Kolya as president,” Volga concluded.
“That is, this transformation (over 26 years of presidency - ed.) has made him so greedy for power, made him so trembling for the loss of this power that he is making a mistake.
He, having enormous popular support, makes a mistake by destroying even the very hint of competition, committing usurpation, committing a crime. And this mistake led to the fact that, yes, I believe that the countdown to Lukashenko’s resignation has begun,” the ex-deputy emphasized.
