Moscow - Kyiv, April 07 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) - Crimean Tatars can begin a mass voluntary-forced departure from the peninsula, businessman, owner of the ATR TV channel and former Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Lenur Islyamov said in an interview with the Open Russia agency.

According to him, conditions for doing business in Crimea are very difficult - there are no roads, normal logistics and the pressure of sanctions is felt.
“At the very beginning, on this wave of jingoism, a lot of businessmen came to Crimea. The planes were packed, and these were business stars. They came and looked at something. For some reason, it seemed to them that now Russia would make a showcase out of Crimea. Everything will be bad in Ukraine, but this will be a showcase, everything will glow like a big new store. The exact opposite happened. There is no logistics in Crimea, so doing business here is extremely difficult. Plus, the three levels of sanctions that exist, you can feel them on every corner in Crimea,” Islyamov said.
“ATR is such a Rubicon. If we, the Crimean Tatars, fail to defend to the end, then we can simply roll through everything, and the people will begin to emigrate. That is, this is a voluntary deportation, which took place under Catherine. She wrote then: “not to oppose, but to promote.” This process has already begun, and people can begin to leave Crimea,” the businessman added.
