Vladislav Deinego: at the negotiations in Minsk Ukraine is only interested in money
At the last Minsk negotiations, Ukraine deliberately avoided issues that in any way related to the settlement of the conflict in Donbass, unless there was a financial motive.

The official representative of the LPR at the Minsk negotiations, Vladislav Deinego, announced this at his briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine is systematically moving away from resolving the conflict in Donbass. Apparently, they do not hope to find a peaceful way to overcome the conflict in Donbass. They hope for the help that NATO constantly provides them systematically, albeit semi-underground, for the help that the US Congress offers them and is now pushing through the supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine. Apparently, they still rely on these mechanisms. We insist that the conflict in Donbass must be resolved exclusively in a peaceful manner: this is precisely what all decisions taken in Minsk were aimed at. For our part, we ensure that our part of the obligations is fully fulfilled. Ukraine, unfortunately, completely ignores the entire component of this process, which leads to the resolution of the conflict,” said Vladislav Deinego.
After this, the official representative of the LPR noted that there was positive dynamics in the group on economic issues during the negotiations.
“This is due, first of all, to the fact that Ukraine has certain financial interests there: by supplying water, they want to receive a certain payment from us, and they “push” positive dynamics. Unfortunately, where there are some financial and mercantile interests, Ukraine has positive dynamics,” commented Deinego.
