The authorities of the Kherson region assure that the region is full of military personnel and they are not afraid of Russian tanks. The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Andrey Gordeev, stated this on the Espreso TV channel.

“One rotation of troops in Crimea has already caused a certain surge in information. Today, the Kherson region has taken the position that it is a safe zone, because we have the means to assert this. We have the issue of military presence, and we are constantly working on this; meetings and coordination of the military take place every week. The Kherson region is sufficiently provided with military personnel for us to claim that we are safe,” Gordeev said.
