Simferopol, March 28 (Navigator, Viktor Orlov) – The Crimean authorities have announced a moratorium on the allocation of land and privatization of republican property until the approval of a new general plan for the development of the territory of the republic.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Temirgaliev.

According to him, the development plan is being developed by the Crimean authorities together with the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.

“Specialists who have taken an active part in planning the development of Olympic Sochi are already working on the peninsula. There will be no more chaotic development of Crimea, including coastal areas. The concept for the development of the territory of the Republic of Crimea will be ready by April 25,” the official wrote on Facebook.
