Crimean authorities confirmed the opening of a criminal case against Ukrtelecom
Simferopol, December 08 (Russian) – The Governor of Crimea Sergei Aksenov confirmed the fact that a criminal case had been initiated against PJSC Ukrtelecom.

“The investigative authorities of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea and the FSB have opened a criminal case against the Crimean branch of the company PJSC Ukrtelecom. It’s wild to realize that from the territory of Crimea, at the expense of local enterprises, the activities of punitive forces on the territory of Ukraine can be financed,” Askenov wrote.
He assured that the authorities of the Republic of Crimea fully support the actions of the FSB and the prosecutor’s office - “everything is done within the framework of the law, investigative actions are carried out as usual.”
“From a moral point of view, enterprises supporting the so-called ATO do not have the right to operate on the territory of the republic. Crimea will not feed the punitive forces with its own hands,” the head of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted.
