Crimean authorities propose to spend $150 million on Disneyland near Bakhchisarai
Simferopol, October 06 (PolitNavigator, Kirill Boyarin) – The Crimean authorities are offering investors to spend millions of dollars on dozens of projects. The proposals cover almost all sectors of the economy. Thus, according to the “Investment Passport” of the Republic of Crimea, which was at the disposal of “PolitNavigator”, the first proposal for investors is the construction of a theme adventure park “Dinoland”.

Proposals for investors were developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to his information, the amusement park will be located in Bakhchisarai on an area of 65 hectares.
“This is a park created for the entertainment of age and social categories of visitors, divided into sections with common or different thematic areas (Wild West, Space, Fury of Dinosaurs), and consisting of attractions, catering outlets, shops and various shows -programs This project will also include a hotel complex, a water park, a restaurant, a bowling alley, a spa center, and a conference hall,” the project description says.
Investors are offered to spend $150 million on the construction of this complex. At the moment, there are business and master plans for the project, and the desired form of investor participation is lending or direct investment. The project description also indicates the presence of a master plan, concept, preliminary design and agreement with the supplier of technology and equipment.
According to the project, construction will take three years. Payback is estimated at seven years.
