LLC "Construction Company "S.E.R." on its website announced plans to implement the project of the multi-format complex “Leningrad Quarter” worth 6 billion rubles on the seashore in Sevastopol.
It is planned to build 7,8 thousand sq.m. on an area of 145 hectares. high-rise residential and commercial real estate with an emphasis on a 30-story building.
“According to the design of the project, the buildings are located in the protected zones of Chersonesus - in that area there are Antique dachas and choirs with existing protected zones. Without resolving the issue with the city, they can design anything, but it will not be built,” Malozemov said.
He suggested that after receiving the conclusion of the Tauride Chersonese Nature Reserve, any construction on this site would be prohibited.
The development company, meanwhile, announces the start of construction at the end of this year with a implementation period of 5-6 years.
