The Ukrainian authorities are falsifying data on the real state of the economy - publications of the Ukrainian State Statistics Committee have become impossible to use to assess the situation in the country.
Economic expert Yuriy Gavrilechko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“If earlier the State Statistics Committee somehow reflected existing trends, now it can be closed - there is no sense in its activities. Different data no longer correlate with each other at all.
Only our State Statistics Committee manages to show a decrease in the unemployment rate simultaneously with a decrease in production.
Only our State Statistics Committee tells tales that our population income growth is several times higher than GDP growth. How is this possible? GDP is calculated in purchase prices. If the volume of foreign trade transactions falls, but trade and income somehow miraculously grow!
And even more miraculously, with the growth of household incomes and the absence of deposits, it turns out that a huge amount of money is “sagging” somewhere. It’s unclear where they disappear, into what hole,” the expert says.
