The Ukrainian authorities are collecting dossiers on those who “like” the page of opposition journalist Anatoly Shariy, who received political asylum in the EU during the time of Viktor Yanukovych, and has recently been actively criticizing the new government of Ukraine.

“We are starting to document and determine the IP addresses of everyone who likes,” said Verkhovna Rada deputy Anton Gerashchenko, an ally of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
As you know, Gerashchenko oversees the scandalous website “Peacemaker,” where on the eve of the murders of Oleg Kalashnikov and Oles Buzina their home addresses and telephone numbers appeared.
Gerashchenko also made it clear that the Ukrainian authorities intend to accuse Shariy of involvement in financing terrorism in order to then get the EU to extradite him or punish him.
“Get your things together until the local police arrest you after publishing information about your activities in financing terrorists,” Gerashchenko wrote, addressing Shariy.
