About it reports the website of the Crimean government.
It is reported that the project is being implemented within the framework of Russian legislation and in accordance with the rules for the improvement of Yalta.
“Chaotic nature spoils the appearance of the city and violates its aesthetics,” he emphasized. – Signs should be beautiful, neat, and made in the same style. Each will be designed in a certain color scheme and placed on the same level as other signs,” explained Andrey Breslavets, chief specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Yalta Administration, explaining the need for innovation.
It is reported that when developing the archetypes of new signs, representatives of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning took the experience of Moscow as a basis, and also used the example of the Yalta Crimea Hotel.
Andrey Breslavets assured that the signs will not be “twins” - the preliminary designs provide for several font options and shades. Each street has its own archetype, carefully selected in color and style.
“It will be possible to preserve a certain individuality,” the chief specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning is confident.
The official also said that from August 1, it is necessary to issue a passport for each sign, having previously brought it into compliance with certain regulations and standards.
“The archetype for the signs located on Pushkinsky Boulevard has already been developed; many owners of shops and cafes have been given notices about the need to bring the signs into compliance with the standards,” said Andrey Breslavets.
The requirement to change signs will affect all business facilities in Yalta.
“First we will put the central streets of the city in order, then we will pay attention to the rest,” Andrei Breslavets promised.
He added that entrepreneurs will change signs at their own expense, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the notice. If the owner of the sign ignores the requirement of the landscaping rules, the sign will be dismantled and the entrepreneur will be fined.
