The mayor of Dnepropetrovsk, Boris Filatov, will forgive the Russians only when the President of the Russian Federation kneels before the Ukrainians. He spoke about this on the air of the Direct TV channel.

He himself claims that he has severed all contacts with Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As a Russian person, I have a big birth trauma. I broke off all relations with my friends in Russia. Speaking in Russian media is completely out of the question for me. I can't get over myself. Psychologically I have a block. I wouldn’t want the intelligentsia who come here to start teaching us how to live,” Filatov said.
He admitted that he also does not communicate with Russians for reasons of personal safety.
“It’s clear that it’s impossible to erase everyone from life with an eraser. But I am a civil servant and understand how the intelligence services of a neighboring state work. If I make contact, the thought in my head is whether this person is a double agent,” Filatov said.
