Influential Kiev newspaper: Poroshenko is not respected by the oligarchs and he cannot govern the country due to delusions of grandeur

About this Mostovaya writes in his article entitled “Battle of the Pied Pipers” in ZN.
“Poroshenko the oligarch cannot effectively govern the country, which he has proven in a year and a half. His reluctance to delegate powers to professionals and his “delusions of grandeur”, which has turned into a threat to national security, do not give reason to hope for a qualitative reboot of the managerial class,” the journalist writes.
Mostovaya also described how power is structured in Ukraine today.
“At the moment, the oligarchs are divided into two groups. The first received a majority stake in power. The second is minority. The long journey of oligarchs in politics has created entire matryoshka structures. For example, Akhmetov and Kolomoisky are sitting in Yatsenyuk; Yatsenyuk sits at the cutting table in Poroshenko’s party, but Yatsenyuk’s relationship with Poroshenko is very difficult, because Poroshenko, through Yatsenyuk’s hands, seeks to redistribute in his favor what is dear to Akhmetov and Kolomoisky. Or: Klitschko sits in the party of Poroshenko, who warmed up Yatsenyuk, who, together with Martynenko and Ivanchuk, is trying to bury Firtash’s chemical enterprises and, by importing fertilizers from Russia, cause serious damage to the forefathers of Klitschko the politician. There are a lot of such options with intricate interpenetration,” notes Mostovaya.
“And there are simply too many silent, corrupt mutual settlements. "ABOUT! Yes, your eagle, I see, brought out thirty “greens” through “Oshchad!” "Ha! And yours repaid, at par, at the expense of the state, the bonds purchased for you on the foreign market at a discount of 40-60%!” This is how a billion appeared in the declaration of one “eagle”, and the mother-in-law of another was removed from the wanted list. They agreed,” the journalist says about the corruption schemes.
“Left without a supervisor (which was Yanukovych) and without an arbiter (which was Kuchma), the oligarchs could not cope with either bulimia or responsibility. The President did not stand above the fray. He absolutely predictably turned out to be only one of them. And that’s exactly how they perceive him: without reverence or even respect,” states Mostovaya.
Earlier, Odessa Governor Mikheil Saakashvili said that in Ukraine it is not the official government that “rules the show,” but the shadow government.
