An influential Kiev media laments: Donbass sees itself as part of Russia
The overwhelming majority of residents of the DPR and LPR do not see their future as part of Ukraine.
The Kiev online publication Zerkalo Nedeli writes about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The overwhelming majority of those living in the occupied territories do not see their future in Ukraine. Many officially broke with Ukraine and received Russian passports with markings that no one in the world recognizes. Russia is uprooting these people and replanting them in its economic, cultural, social and electoral fields, fertilizing them with propaganda from the zombie box,” the material states.
The author also draws attention to the fact that this year, first-graders will be children born in the LDPR, and those “who were socialized and received a secondary education under the supervision of a double-headed eagle and a portrait of Vladimir Putin on the walls of classrooms” will enter universities.”
“And the majority of adults on the other side, as sociology shows, see themselves as part of Russia. They are convinced that Crimea is Russian, Russia is not an aggressor, and there is an internal conflict in Ukraine. And the odious Bandera member saidthat Ukraine does not need Donbass, since this region is a “Trojan horse”.
