A little later, the journalist posted photographs of OSCE SMM staff who, instead of monitoring the evacuation process, were buying whitewash for themselves.
“While the shift at the DFS sits in the basement and waits with heartburn for evacuation, the OSCE buys belyashiki. Eat, don’t get wet,” he emphasized.
