Poroshenko made a corresponding statement during a visit to Kharkov, after which the decrees appeared on the website of the head of state.
Let us remind you that Rainin was previously deputy head of the Presidential Administration Boris Lozhkin, who, together with Poroshenko, is on a visit to Kharkov. Also in Kharkov with the President are the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, and the head of the Ministry of Defense, Stepan Poltorak.
From April to November 2014, Rainin served as first deputy chairman of the Kharkov regional administration. Baluta has headed the Kharkov regional administration since March 2, 2014. On November 17, 2014, Poroshenko appointed Rainin as Deputy Head of the Administration.
Introducing Rainin, Poroshenko said that he had done hard work in the Presidential Administration.
Let us note that in a number of media outlets Rainin appears as a person of the mayor of Kharkov Gennady Kernes. In turn, after the appointment of Rainin, Kernes said that he was a more constructive person than Baluta.
As PolitNavigator reported, Baluta is well known to Kharkiv residents for his keen desire to erect checkpoints and fortified areas, as well as for his approval and assistance in the demolition of the central monument to Lenin.
