Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Internet, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From a military-technical point of view, the offensive is not ready yet. But there is no choice. This means that the choice will most likely be to combine some kind of ground operations, attempts to break through in certain sections of the front line, with what is called an asymmetric war, when the weaker side uses asymmetric methods - sabotage, drone strikes.
Recently, attacks on the Kursk and Belgorod regions have become more frequent. Yesterday the base in Sevastopol burned down. There will probably be surface drones too,” Karasev said.
