Despite the repeated promises of the head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, about the demolition of illegal buildings on the southern coast and the inadmissibility of construction in the 100-meter coastal zone, the construction of a new resort complex right next to the sea began in Alushta.
Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov states this in his blog.

According to him, another hotel is being built right on the shore of the Professor’s Corner, and the developer is registered in an apartment in Simferopol.
“Alushta, Professor's Corner, another resort hotel! A certain LLC “Tavricheskaya Investment Company “South Coast”, registered in an apartment in Simferopol and having a contact Ukrainian telephone number, has begun construction of another concrete masterpiece, how is that? Again, no one sees anything? The site was not marked on the cadastral map of Russia, it was covered with greenery, and the trees had already been cut down,” Talipov is indignant and promises to contact the prosecutor’s office of the republic.
