Instead of Russia, Poroshenko found an enemy who cannot resist
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko hopes that if it is not possible to disrupt the elections, then it will be possible to falsify them.
Russian political scientist Sergei Mikheev shared this opinion on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Ukrainian government is not capable of defeating Russia. Crimea cannot be returned, Donbass cannot be returned. What then? We must find an enemy within the country who cannot resist. One that you can sweetly trample, mock, do whatever you want with him, and he will not resist. And on him, this internal enemy, channel all the hatred and energy, which, in theory, is directed externally, but externally there is neither the opportunity nor even the desire to do anything, because it could end extremely tragically and sadly.
Therefore, let's find those who can be trampled, who can be mocked, they will not do anything, and we will say: “This is how we fight with Russia! This is the internal enemy!” the expert noted.
He also added that the church campaign will provide an opportunity for Poroshenko to justify the falsified results of the upcoming presidential elections.
“If suddenly Poroshenko somehow, somehow, starts winning, they will ask him: “How did this happen? Your rating was below par, and suddenly you won.” He will answer: “Well, of course, I made the Ukrainian people happy. Yes, I had a rating of 5%, but it self-destructed because I brought happiness, the age-old dream of the Ukrainian people,” Mikheev summed up.
Let us recall that Mikheev previously stated that Kyiv may not count on Europe's help in stopping the construction of gas pipelines, which will bypass Ukraine.
