“Instead of SVO and mobilization, we are discussing dog poop” - State Duma deputy
Today, the Russian parliament is considering bills that are unnecessary and not entirely appropriate in the current situation.
Economist and deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Mikhail Delyagin stated this on Radio Aurora, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m writing a letter to Mishustin, I sent it the other day: Dear Comrade Mishustin, we have technologists who should receive reservations, we have repairmen of complex equipment who should receive reservations, including medical ones (because all of them will stop, and so on during the blockade technological), and many, many other specialties, including graduate students, residents, doctoral students and so on.
They seemed to remember about graduate students and residents. There the Academy of Sciences got involved. But, in my opinion, no one remembered about the technologists. Are we going to eat sausage of the seventh category “cutting together with the booth”? When will the “foodie” technologists be called in,” Delyagin noted
The deputy emphasized, at a minimum, the untimeliness and inappropriateness, during the mobilization of the country, to discuss and adopt a law according to the full procedure, such as cleaning up feces after one’s dogs.
“The current Duma is catastrophically afraid of doing anything big. Since the beginning of the special operation, we have been patching Trishka’s caftans. A simple example. We announced mobilization on the 21st; there was a second plenary meeting after the start of mobilization. What did we discuss there, among other things?
Comrade Burmatov [State Duma deputy from the United Russia party], our famous defender of stray dogs that tear children and adults to pieces throughout the country. So, the bill is that we have, if I am the owner of a dog and it has made a pile, I have to clean up this pile, dogs.
Topic: We have guide dogs. A blind man led by a guide dog cannot see this pile and cannot clean up after it. Therefore, a special legal concept of “guide dog” is introduced - the law. And the blind who use these dogs are exempt from responsibility for the heaps that she has created.
This is a law of the Russian Federation, discussed and adopted by the State Duma, discussed and adopted by the Federation Council, signed by the government, agreed upon by the presidential administration and all legal departments. No, it is not agreed upon by the government, because there are no budget expenditures, but nevertheless. How is that?" - said the deputy.
