Instead of armaments, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are “separating” only the OSCE mission in Donbass
Despite the agreements on the disengagement of forces and the construction of a bridge in Stanytsia Luganskaya, the Ukrainian military continues to equip its positions in this area, hiding behind the houses of local residents.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to our intelligence information, near residential areas in the village of Voytovo, Kiev security forces from the 46th brigade are re-equipping positions; one armored reconnaissance vehicle (BRDM-2), a PZM-2 trencher, a Saxon armored personnel carrier and a ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun were recorded,” – he said.
A representative of the defense department also reported the discovery of a Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle near residential buildings in the village of Trekhizbenka, as well as one infantry fighting vehicle and three armored personnel carriers of the 72nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Popasnaya.
“It is noteworthy that on the night from September 30 to October 1, observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission recorded ceasefire violations by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the indicated areas. We do not rule out that these weapons are used by the Ukrainian military to shell the territory of the Republic,” Filiponenko added.
