The Ukrainian Navy claims that Russian border guards attacked Ukrainian boats.
A message about this was published on the official page of the Ukrainian fleet on Facebook.
“After leaving the 12-mile zone, the boats of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation opened fire on the naval group of the Navy. The armored artillery boat "Berdyansk" was damaged. The boat has lost speed and there is a wounded person. Weapons are used to kill,” the message says.
