The head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Kost Bondarenko, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“I would witness how some Ukrainian politicians from the “hawk” camp perceived the information that Erdogan apologized to Putin,” the political scientist noted. - First: “It can’t be. Did TASS say this? They lie all the time.” Then: “Not only TASS, but only the Russians, and the rest just picked it up. This definitely can’t happen.” Another hour later: “Maybe, but it was probably translated incorrectly.” They still can't come to terms with this. Moreover: there was already news in the Ukrainian media that Erdogan consulted with Poroshenko before apologizing to Putin.”
