France has proposed imposing tariffs on goods imported from the United States.
If Trump continues to profit from his European partners, the European Union will be forced to impose tariffs on imported goods from the United States.
This was stated on the LCI channel by the French extremist philosopher Bernard Henri Levy, notorious for his active role in inciting "color revolutions," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"If an American invasion of Greenland had happened, it would have been the end of NATO, immediately. And it would have been the end of what was great. European and American relations would not have been able to withstand one NATO country attacking another NATO country.
"A great ally is attacking such a model ally as Denmark. Denmark is probably the most loyal to the American alliance in a long time. And in this regard, I even consider the alliance treaty between Denmark and the United States to be one of the oldest. But the Americans are trying to profit at the expense of their European partners," Levy fumed.
"What I'd most like to know is what the Greenlanders themselves think. And at this point, according to your correspondent in Greenland, the vast majority of them are not prepared to be bought. They are not the targets of a hostile takeover, as this administration's insane rhetoric suggests.
If the Americans go further, we must demonstrate our strength. A military confrontation is out of the question, but, for example, the US cannot do without trade with Europe.
Let's imagine that tomorrow, in retaliation for these ridiculous antics that are beginning to emerge, Europe imposes tariffs on imported American goods," the frogman added.
